When to submit a complaint?
You can submit a complaint if the purchased product is defective or does not meet quality standards, in particular regarding:
- compliance with the description, type, quantity, quality, completeness, and functionality;
- suitability for the specific purpose for which it was purchased.
A product is also considered defective if:
- it is not suitable for typical use according to its intended purpose, applicable legal regulations, technical standards, or good practices;
- it has features, durability, or safety that do not meet expectations compared to other products in the same category.

How to submit a complaint?
To submit a complaint, simply send an email to: reklamacje@ecowipes.com.pl.
To help us process your complaint as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your email:
- E-mail topic: COMPLAINT*
- Date and place of purchase
- Product name*
- Details of the complaint (including the place and circumstances of the cause of the complaint)*
- Photo of the product showing the printed batch number*
- Company name / full name*
- Contact details for reply reception:
- E-mail adress*
- Phone number
